The CDA Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“CDA Solutions”) Privacy Policy applies to data provided by you and collected through both online and offline channels. It covers, but is not limited to, all related websites, applications, online communications media, products and services, whether fully or partially owned and provided by CDA Solutions, and any of its employees or authorised 3rd parties.

If you are not an existing customer of CDA Solutions, we will only market to you with your consent. Whether an existing customer or not, you always have the right to “opt out” in which case we will stop sending marketing communications to you.

CDA believes in the principal that an individual has the right to control their identity as well as how their personal information is used, stored and distributed. An individual wishing to have us erase any information stored on our systems should contact us on privacy@cdasolutions.co.za. However, deletion of any data is subject to legislation, contractual agreements and the concept of treating customers fairly.
